Sales Officer - DST - Home Loan

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of affordable housing products, including DST (Direct Sale Transaction) offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth through effective communication and coordination.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance or related fields such as Home Finance or NBFC.
• Strong knowledge of DST (Direct Sale Transaction), HL (Housing Loan), Housing Finance concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
