Job Overview:

A Sales Field Executive is responsible for driving sales in a specific geographic region or territory, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting the companys products or services. The role requires active participation in the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
    • Actively prospect for new clients by researching and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Cold call and meet potential clients to present the companys offerings and generate leads.
    • Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Product/Service Knowledge:
    • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
    • Offer expert advice to clients regarding product selection, pricing, and benefits.

  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Gather insights from clients to inform sales strategies and product development.

  • Territory Management:
    • Manage and prioritize sales activities within an assigned geographic area or market segment.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients within the designated region.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    • 12th pass.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role. (Fresher can also apply)
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-focused with a strong ability to build relationships.
    • Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
