Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders through effective communication skills.
  
• Conduct field marketing campaigns to promote products in assigned areas.
  
• Manage sales activities to achieve targets through distributors and direct channels.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to increase revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in field sales or related field (e.g., B.Com).
  
• Strong understanding of sales executive activities, including distributor sales, selling skills, interpersonal skills, convincing power, presentable appearance.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
