Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data, maintaining accurate records, and providing insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in MIS, record-keeping, and internal audit related to HR, with basic knowledge of salary structures and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS Reporting: Prepare and provide regular MIS reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, training, and benefits.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
3. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, attendance, and benefits.
4. Internal Audit: Assist in internal audits related to HR, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Salary Structure: Maintain knowledge of salary structures, including pay grades, allowances, and benefits.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and data protection regulations.
7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirment
1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in MIS, record-keeping, and internal audit related to HR.
2. Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
2. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
3. Experience with HR systems and software.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Certifications: Relevant certifications in HR, MIS, or accounting will be an added advantage.
