Executive Assistant (EA To HOD)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated expertise in executive assistance, program management, and calendar management
• Proven track record of effectively supporting senior management

Education Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Certification Required

• Professional certification in executive assistance or related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) preferred

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings and events
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of executives
• Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Support the organization and coordination of senior management meetings
• Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations
