Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated expertise in executive assistance, program management, and calendar management
- Proven track record of effectively supporting senior management
Education Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Certification Required
- Professional certification in executive assistance or related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) preferred
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings and events
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Support the organization and coordination of senior management meetings
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations
