Job Description
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry
- MBA from tier 1 colleges in India or abroad
- Bachelors degree from reputed institutions
- Lead and own the short-term forecasting and power forecast generation solution
- Ensure uninterrupted delivery of power forecasts
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and lead the enhancement of the solution
- Introduce new techniques for weather and power forecasting
- Anticipate challenges and put a timely mitigation plan in action
- Work closely with relevant business teams and internal / external agencies to fulfill regulatory commitments
- Create and execute project plans, ensuring that project schedule, development strategy, resource allocation, prioritization, risks and communication plans are aligned
- Lead a team of weather scientists, data scientists, domain experts and developers
