Job Description
Explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations -Lead the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPIs. -Works in collaboration with brand teams technical teams and all functions to maximize value -Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects. -Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Create and deliver Forecasting solutions to Sandoz Internal Customers.
Support data enabled decision making by providing qualitative and quantitative analytics.
Drive design and enhancement of existing services / processes / deliverables (quality, productivity, value)
Closely Interface with customers to understand and convert business requirements into solutions
Provide appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
Support in creation and maintenance of knowledge repositories/catalogues, SOPs, quality checklists
Participate, lead and design various knowledge sharing sessions, training sessions
Build and Support in Functional and Organizational business objectives and strategy
Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Technical Skills Required
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint is must
Business Intelligence Tools/ VBA/ Python/ R/ JS good to have
Basic knowledge of statistics and its use in forecasting
Functional Expectations
Conduct bottom-up forecasts using internal data, IQVIA and/or local databases for Region Europe countries . Implement forecast accuracy KPIs to track forecast changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate inputs, and ensure forecast accuracy and consistency.
Support multiple markets including Region, Clusters and/or Countries, namely in forecast creation/review, portfolio analysis and portfolio databases maintenance
Integrate information from different internal and external data sources available and support on the maintenance of portfolio databases
Experience in Epi based forecasting for Inline, Pipeline and BD&L Products/ Brands and Trend Based Forecasting. Deeper understanding disease and Therapy Area and its application to forecast
Experience in managing data, analyze trends and utilize quantitative analytic techniques to generate insights and refine forecast catalogues
Application of EU Market Access, Healthcare and Price & Reimbursement policies for forecast development
Deep understanding of Secondary Research to support and validate assumptions made in the forecast development Expertise in handling datasets - IQVIA, Evaluate, IPD, DRG, etc.
Effective forecast storyboarding, capturing key insights backed by relevant data
Utilize Data and Quantitative Analytics, conduct Business Analysis and perform Analog Analysis to drive forecast accuracy
Supporting team in proposal writing and managing complex business problems Train / mentor / guide junior members in the team
Soft Skills and Other expectations
Strong learning agility, Problem solving and solution-based mindset
Strong verbal and written communication, presentations skills, storyboarding
Ability to grasp functional processes and tailor solutions accordingly
Effective in project management and stakeholder management
Successful in leading small engagements
Experience of working in matrix environment and multicultural teams
