1. IT Infrastructure & Support

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and security systems.

2. Cybersecurity & Compliance

- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed

3. Software & Systems Management

- Support SAP,CRM and automation-related IT systems.

- Assist in the integration of new technologies and system upgrades.

4. Network & Communication Systems

- Maintain stable and secure network connectivity across all company locations.

- Manage firewall, VPN, and other network security protocols.

- Oversee communication systems, including email and VoIP solutions.

5. IT Strategy & Innovation

- Assist in developing IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Research and recommend new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Support digital transformation initiatives, including AI applications.
