IT Support Engineer (US Shift)

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our computer systems, networks, and applications. If you love solving technical problems and have a strong grasp of IT systems, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Installation: Install and configure hardware, software, networks, and devices.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Updates: Install patches and debug software for smooth functionality.
• Data Management: Handle backups and maintain inventory of IT equipment.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to employees.

What Youll Need:

• Experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Shift-5:45 pm-2 am
