Responsibilities:

• To handle IT Helpdesk
• Support on Back Office (Class/Cross) & on enterprise level Applications
• To handle Recording System
• Managing more than 200 Desktops & 30 plus Servers includes Windows 2012 / 2008/ 2003.
• Handling &Troubleshooting Odin Servers for BSE, NSE, F&O, MCX & NCDEX Clients.
• Analyze the Application Requirements of the Broker During the Market Hours.
• Responsible for handling the BSE, NSE, NCDEX & MCX Servers Activities, handling the servers, Backups & Troubleshooting in Lease Lines. Installation Remote Connections using VPN for Odin Clients.
• Configuration & Installation, Odin/Omneysys Client Support.
• Handling all the Trading Terminals.
• Software Support for Windows XP / 7 / 10, Microsoft office, Mails Etc.
• Checking & Maintaining Daily Call Reports, Inventory Details.
