Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer service chat.
• Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered via web chat.
• Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
• Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering customer queries.

Shift: Rotational Shift /Flexible to work in any shifts and timings 5 days working , 2 rotational offs

Transport boundary:

• Western line- Churchgate to Virar
• Central line- CST to Thane (main city)
• Harbour line- CST to Vashi

Minimum Eligibility: Graduate/HSC Freshers (No Btech/B.E.)/ experienced.

Salary: 19K to 22k

Location: Paradigm B, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064
