Job Overview: ChabezTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for our US-based clients.
- This is a night shift position designed to align with US working hours, offering opportunities for professional growth along with attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Source potential candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, databases).
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate compensation and close offers with candidates.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Work in close coordination with account managers to understand client requirements and deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies in the US IT market.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills, IT terminologies, and various IT roles.
- Experience with recruitment tools such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for both contractual and full-time positions.
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Proven track record of successful placements in the US IT industry.
- Master's degree or relevant experience HR is a plus.
