Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Rental/Sales Representative will be responsible for generating Residential rental business by providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in their requirement. The role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and closing the deal.

Essential functions:

- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide assistance in selecting right Inventory.

- Presenting Flats to customers based on their design preferences, space requirements, and budget.

- Provide accurate quotes and product pricing for customers, ensuring all details of the product selections are included. Process orders and handle follow-up communications.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain records of customer interactions.

- Prepare reports as required by the management team.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinate on the delivery.

Requirements

Good Communication with negotiation and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the geography of the city.
Previous Fresher/Experience in sales, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Position type and expected hours of work: 6 days a week with weekdays off (6 Week offs/Comp Offs a month)
Position type and expected hours of work: 45 Hours per week.
Required education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
Additional eligibility qualifications: Good Knowledge of Multiple Languages.
