Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Interior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales by providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in selecting products, and offering design solutions tailored to their interior spaces. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving the sales.

Essential functions:

- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide assistance in selecting interior design.

- Present design to customers based on their preferences, space requirements, and budget. Recommend team according to their preferences.

- Provide accurate quotes and product pricing for customers, ensuring all details of the product selections are included. Process orders and handle follow-up communications.

- Stay up-to-date on design features, trends, and materials to ensure accurate recommendations to customers.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain records of customer interactions and sales. Prepare reports as required by the management team.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate between customer and Vendors.

Requirements

Good Communication with negotiation and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the geography of the city.
Previous experience in retail sales, interior Sales, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Position type and expected hours of work: 5 days a week with weekdays off (8 Week offs/Comp Offs a month)
Position type and expected hours of work: 45 Hours per week.
Required education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
Additional eligibility qualifications: Good Knowledge of Multiple Languages.
