Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a General Manager Invoicing Collections to oversee the end-to-endinvoicing process, ensure timely collections from developers, and manage financial reconciliation. Therole requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to track outstanding payment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing Collections:
- Raise invoices as per agreed milestones with developers.
- Ensure timely follow-up for collections and track payments received.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Follow up with developers and ensure to collect money as per terms and achieve monthly,quarterly and annual targets.
Reconciliation Reporting:
- Perform 26AS reconciliation to track and match TDS deductions.
- Follow up with developers for TDS certificates and ensure proper accounting.
- Maintain detailed trackers for invoices, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and share outstanding reports on a weekly basis with senior management.
MIS Documentation:
- Prepare Monthly MIS Reports on collections, overdue payments, and receivables.
- Maintain a systematic record of invoices, payments, and developer-wise outstanding data.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and sales teams for dispute resolution and payment clearance.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience:
8+ years in invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, preferably in real estate, sales,telecom or a related service industry.
- Education: Bachelors/Masterdegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Skills:o Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, and TDS reconciliation.o Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP tools.o Ability to follow up proactively and ensure timely collections.o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
