Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Optimization
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify improvement opportunities, refine targeting, and segment audiences effectively.
- Implement optimization strategies to boost campaign efficiency and results.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and goal measurement tools to monitor campaign success.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights.
- Monitor and identify performance trends to drive data-informed decisions for business growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and progress to stakeholders.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.
Budget Management
- Assist in planning and managing digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation across campaigns.
- Monitor spending to ensure alignment with budget plans and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
Competition & Industry Monitoring
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and campaign management.
