MEP Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of MEP works at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams for smooth execution.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely material availability.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on installed MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
