Overview :

The Senior Delivery Manager for AI projects is a key role that oversees the successful delivery of AI-driven initiatives from inception to deployment. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- AI Strategy Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions. Lead the development of AI strategies and business cases, including ROI analysis and readiness assessments.

- Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Client Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

- Risk Management and Quality Assurance : Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards and best practices.

- Team Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

- Market Analysis and Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, ensuring that solutions are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

- Continuous Improvement : Evaluate project success, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing AI or technology projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and machine learning.

- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
