About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Head to lead the end-to-end implementation of our Financial Risk Management software solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial risk, client engagement, and software delivery. The Delivery Head will oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful execution, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Leadership :

- Oversee the successful delivery of Financial Risk Management software implementations across multiple clients.

- Ensure all projects meet quality, time, and budget constraints.

2. Client Engagement :

- Act as the primary escalation point for clients during project delivery.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts.

- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.

4. Strategic Planning :

- Develop and implement delivery strategies to align with business goals.

- Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

5. Risk and Compliance Management :

- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all deliverables.

6. Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to align client requirements with solutions.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Key Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.

- 15+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Risk Management principles and regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level software solutions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Familiarity with financial risk management tools and technologies.

- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.

- Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to risk management.
