Delivery Manager - Agile Methodologies (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT services and products delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.

- Ensure seamless coordination of technical aspects across projects, aligning deliverables with client requirements and specifications.

- Handle project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful execution and delivery.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, understanding their needs, and driving satisfaction.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.

- Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Establish and implement best practices for delivery processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with delivery, including creating contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience in technical project management or delivery management roles.

- Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and client management skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, or enterprise IT systems is a plus.

- Prior exposure to handling large-scale projects and global clients.

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are advantageous
