Training Manager

1. *Needs Assessment*: Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skills required for pharmaceutical staff.

2. *Training Program Development*: Design, develop, and implement training programs.

3. *Training Delivery*: Deliver training programs through various methods, including classroom instruction, online modules, and on-the-job training.

4. *Training Evaluation*: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

5. *Compliance*: Ensure that training programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

6. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations.

7. *Budgeting*: Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective training solutions.

Experience*:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a training role.

Knowledge*: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., cGMP, GDP), industry standards, and adult learning principles.

Skills*: Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

*Experience* with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
