Lead and Demand Generation Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead and Demand Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation strategies, building demand for our products/services, and nurturing leads through various marketing channels. You will play a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound activities like cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted emails.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Demand Generation:
• Plan and implement demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI and engagement rates.
• Work closely with the content team to develop relevant and engaging marketing materials.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Create weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
• Provide feedback on the quality of leads and suggestions for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in lead and demand generation or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience in service industry.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Demand Generation Strategies.
