• Two software products - UpsideLMS (enterprise scale LMS LXP) and Craft - Gen AI Microlearning Authoring and delivery software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted lead nurturing programs.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform sales strategy.
  
• Lead generation of new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and data scraping techniques.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in demand generation or a related field (e.g., advertising, marketing).
  
• Strong understanding of US markets and ability to adapt quickly to changing cultural nuances.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving revenue growth in the B2B space.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (preferably in Advertising/Mass Communication or International Business).
