We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our organization. As a Finance Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health and stability of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards. Present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets. Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Provide guidance and support in budget planning and cost control initiatives.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and management, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing cash utilization. Implement strategies to improve cash flow and working capital efficiency.
Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Financial Decision Support: Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making. Conduct financial analysis on cost-saving and productivity initiatives, and business expansion projects.
Relationship Management: Collaborate with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking covenants.
Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com with CA/ICWA
0 - 2 years of work experience
Strong understanding of financial principles, company taxation, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
Understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.
Exposure to financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems,Tally, Excel, financial modeling tools).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
