HR Intern

• Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and relevant HR documentation.
  
• Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or employee engagement activities.
  
• Support HR administrative tasks such as document filing, drafting emails, and preparing reports.
  
• Contribute to HR projects such as performance management, policy updates, and process improvements.
  
• Assist in handling employee queries and provide basic HR-related support.
  

Help analyze data for reports related to recruitment metrics, training, and employee satisfaction.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
