- Financial Management: Maintain accurate accounting records (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and update financial statements. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and manage orderly filing.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budgets, monitor adherence, and submit detailed reports to management. Assist in financial forecasting to support decision-making.
- Tax and Compliance: Ensure timely processing of tax payments, liaise with government departments, and submit necessary documents within deadlines.
- Audit and Cash Management: Handle tasks related to internal audits, manage petty cash, bank accounts, and transactions via financial instruments.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to enhance financial operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, audits, TDS, EPF, ESIC, cash flow, and professional tax.
