Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities :-

1.) The candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with atleast 1 year of experience.

2.) The candidate should possess good command over English language.

3.) The candidate should have basic computer knowledge such as emails, MS office, etc.

4.) The Guest Relations Executive wiill be wholely responsible for the client visit held in the facility.

5.) The Executive will be responsible for the client transportation across the city.

6.) He/ She will also take care for the clients Hotel Reservations.

7.) Meeting room bookings and arrangements has to be done by the Executive for the client visits in the facility.

8.) The Executive will also have to arrange for meals like refreshments or lunch during the meeting in the facility

9.) In case, the client wants to have meals ouside the office during the meeting, the executive will have to do the table reservation in the restaurants.

10.) The Executive will be responsible for the billings/MIS for meals, cabs and other arrangements done for the client.

11.) The complete esthetics of the Corporate Floor has to be maintained by the Executive.

12.) Giving trainings to the office boys and driver on a timely basis.

13.) Maintaining the attendance for office boys and driver.

14.) Co-ordinating with other inter-department for managing the Corporate Area.

15.) Complete vendor management for managing the Corporate Floor.

16.) Using procurement and other important application used in the office on a daily basis.
