Duties and Responsibilities -
1. Ensure great customer experience.
2. Handle customer complaints.
3. Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
4. Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
5. Virtual Guest Relation Executive would generate a report daily for each property.
6. Virtual Guest Relation Executive would have front office knowledge.
7. Thorough understanding of front office SOPs – Check in, check out, early check in , late check, room upgradation, etc.
8. Auditing and monitoring the CCTV footage of all the properties.
9. Preparing the daily reports and audit reports and presenting the same with the head of the department.
