Project Engineer (Civil)

Infrastructure Maintenance

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures to identify and address defects or deterioration.

Prepare detailed reports on the condition of assets and recommend maintenance activities.

Repair & Rehabilitation

Develop and execute maintenance and repair schedules.

Supervise and coordinate on-site repair activities, including structural reinforcements, concrete patching, and other civil works.

Project Management

Plan and manage maintenance projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence.

Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.

Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

Cost Control & Optimization

Estimate costs for maintenance and repair projects.

Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.

Team Coordination

Train and supervise maintenance personnel.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in civil maintenance or related roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in structural analysis and design principles.

Knowledge of materials, repair methods, and modern construction techniques.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, SAP, or other engineering software.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
