Assist the fund managers in preparing the compliance report
Review of compliance report of the alternative investment fund and report the non-compliances to management as well as SEBI if any
Liaise with legal and operation teams for various matters pertaining to regulatory requirements
Assisting in preparing reports, maintaining data, and tracking the updates on a real-time basis
Facilitate due diligence and follow up with clients to ensure timely compliance with regulators
Helping in coordination with inter-department team members.
