1) Client facing capabilities, good communication skills and deliver within timelines.

2) Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013.
3) Beginners knowledge of FEMA and SEBI regulations.
3) To provide the client with the preliminary checklist on the Companies Act procedures.
4) Assisting in handling, executing, and implementing the client deliverables in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders.
5) Efficiently and effectively preparing Agenda, Notes to Agenda, Minutes of Board, General and various Committee Meetings of the Company.
6) Drafting Board of Directors Report, Annual Return, Directors related correspondences.
7) Well efficient in forms filing with ROC, FEMA reporting
