1. Coordinating Executive Communication
2. Managing AGM`s and Board Meetings.
3. Data Analysis & Interpretation
4. Strategic Planning & Implementation
5. Day to Day planning and organization of Manager Dairy.
6. Coordination for approval of various cycles
7. Support day to day work and comprehensive administration duties to management team.
8. Undertake mailing and communication as directed by Manager.
9. Monitor Pre activities and Events etc.
10. Setup meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors
11. MIS Designing.
12. Maintaining confidentiality
13. Arrange and confirm the appointments.
14. Maintaining AMC records and its renewals.
15. Maintain records of all the payments made by credit cards and timely payment of the amount.
