About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team.
- In this role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis to support our consulting projects, providing valuable insights to our clients (in this case, ADL consultants).

Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and client-specific issues.
- Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including databases (CapitalIQ, Factiva, EMIS, Refinitiv EIKON, etc.), surveys, interviews, industry reports, and online resources.
- Synthesize research findings into clear and concise reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Develop frameworks and methodologies for conducting research and analysis.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
- Proactively identify and analyze key developments that could impact our clients' businesses.
- Provide clients with timely and relevant market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Problem Solving:
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams to define research objectives and identify key questions.
- Develop hypotheses and propose solutions based on research findings and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of client recommendations.
Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients (ADL consultants in this case).
- Understand client needs and provide tailored research insights and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data and analysis.
- Review and validate data and findings to minimize errors and maintain high standards of quality.
Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories and best practices for research and analysis.
- Share research findings and insights with colleagues to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Secondary Research experience in a well-known Consulting/Research firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g , Business, Economics, Finance, Market Research).
- Proven experience in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research tasks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of tools like MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
- Proficiency in utilizing and managing databases like CapitalIQ, Factiva, EMIS, Refinitiv EIKON, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create engaging and informative reports and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
