Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to gather customer insights and feedback
- Initiate sales conversations with potential customers and build rapport
- Ask probing questions to engage customers and maintain a continuous dialogue
- Listen actively to customer needs and promote relevant CashKaro products and offers
- Capture and document customer details, purchase behaviors, payment methods, and reactions to products
- Stay updated on new products and inform customers about upcoming offers and launches
- Address customer queries about products and services effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Must-Have Skills Qualifications:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM (Words per Minute)
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in tele-sales or a similar role
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone sales
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain product features and services
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle rejection professionally
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints effectivel
