Manager - Partnerships Farming

What You Will Do:

Manage and grow partnerships with some of the reputed, largest Indian and global brands and in India.

Monetize partner relationships and grow SOW of assigned partners.

Negotiate and extend solutions to existing partners with an aim to maximize GMV and MTU.

Have complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with strategic partners.

Shape products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow.

Interface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, and brands.

Assist the product team in identifying brand and merchant needs more effectively, and contribute to the development of the Cashfree product

Deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization

What You Will Need:

Minimum 5-8 years of strategic partnership experience with B2B Fintech background

Skill-set to work and manage cross functional teams, both internal and external

Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business

Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with reputed brands

Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Is very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives

Experience working in the fintech industry with some knowledge of payment aggregators

Comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industry

Goal-oriented & thrives in a fast-paced environment

Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward

Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
