Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing a Industry and Region specific plan to achieve the same.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
New Customer Acquisition in the Payments Gateway and Payouts domain.
Achieve assigned Targets consistently and collectively as a team for the Region.
Manage new Customers as onboarded to ensure customer delight and positive word of mouth.
To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio.
What are we looking for
Passion towards the next generation of payment solutions
Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interacting with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client- centric approach.
In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry with a mandatory PG background
Should have around 6-8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the PG solutioning/sales roles.
Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
Should be open with traveling across the region.
Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals. Quick learner, able to drive customer centricity in the team and adaptable to changing business needs.
