CARS24 - Lead - Strategic Partnerships (4-10 yrs)

About the Role:

We are scaling multiple high-impact initiatives via partnerships with banks, insurance companies, car OEMs, and government RTOs to build a strong sales channel across India. As the Partnerships Lead, you will lead this effort, driving strategic alliances, brand positioning, and revenue growth in an untapped market.

What You'll Drive:

- Strategic Planning: Design and execute a go-to-market strategy for partnership-led sales growth. Identify and develop business cases to position Cars24 as a comprehensive solution for enterprise clients.

- Partnership Development: Build high-value partnerships with banks, insurance providers, car OEMs, and government RTOs to drive business expansion. Leverage brand positioning to sell Cars24 as a holistic proposition to enterprise clients. Negotiate contracts and partnership terms to maximize business value.

- Market Insights & Business Growth: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to refine sales & partnership models. Provide data-backed insights and updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Operational Excellence: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Implement tools and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and partner experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 5+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development, particularly in selling digital products and solutions to enterprises (SaaS & Non-SaaS)

- Education: Tier 1 MBA (IIM, ISB, etc.) preferred

- Network: Strong relationships in banking, insurance, automotive (OEMs), and government sectors (RTOs).

- Skills: Persistence, Conviction, and Negotiation-ability and experience to influence CXOs and key decision-makers.

- Brand Selling: Proven ability to position and sell a company as a holistic value proposition rather than just a product
