What will you drive?

• Shift gears seamlessly to handle inbound and outbound inquiries counting from 120 to 150, guiding customers through our loan services with the precision of a pit crew.
• With a knack for explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, you'll be the go-to guru for customers seeking the perfect financing solution.
• Be the matchmaker of loans, assisting customers in selecting the ideal product that fits their needs like a glove.
• Weve made your query a priority- Connect with the customers who have made inquiries/appointments, assist them with their queries, and confirm slots for car valuation.
• Hit those challenging sales targets faster than a speeding bullet at CARS24, we're all about accelerating towards success!
• Keep our customer databases running smoother than a well- oiled engine, generating leads, collecting and updating information and fixing the appointments with the precision of a Formula 1 pit stop.
• Conduct follow-up calls with the finesse of a professional driver, ensuring our customers are not just satisfied, but revved up for their loan journey with us.
• Youll be working with a small yet energetic team of 3 members for a target driven role.
