Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

- Identify and contact potential customers to generate leads for personal loans.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Cross-sell financial products when applicable.

Lead Generation and Business Development:

- Build and maintain a database of customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods.

- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong customer relationships by addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Assist customers in completing applications and verifying documents for eligibility.

- Ensure all sales activities adhere to the company's policies and regulatory guidelines.

Target Achievement:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan sales targets as assigned by the company.

- Track and report sales performance to the sales manager.

Market Research and Intelligence:

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the financial landscape.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
