About the role

This role will be handling all Projects for entire East Zone and maintain a large dealer base.

Role Responsibilities:

• Project monitoring for all VRF Projects and large and mid-sized projects of LC. [For East the threshold can be something like 200TR job in metro and 100TR job in non metro for LC Products]

• As a special case the project monitoring can be of a critical smaller job.

• Check heat loads, equipment selection and piping & wiring schematics and approve drawings for all Project jobs.

• Obtain Project Details & complete Commissioning Reports from Dealers for 100% of Project sites, including site drawings, As built drawings, Address Mapping, Heat Load Summary and Warranty details if deviated from terms.

• Ensure Handing over to the customer and establishment of the Warranty dates strictly as per contract, immediately after commissioning for 100% of the customer.

• Ensure that the monthly MIS is updated and sent regularly to HO by 1st week of every month.

• Carry out ongoing Infrastructure analysis for 100% dealers. Develop a Dealer Charter for each dealer for infrastructure upgrade, with help of the audits. Sign up with dealers for improvements.

• Trainings for effectiveness of upgradation of project competencies of Dealer network.

• Ensure adherence of company EH&S norms at all Project sites.

• Appreciation letter etc from customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge in Project Management for VRF systems.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Project jobs.
