About the role

This role will be responsible Managing Channel Sales & opening of Distribution network for RLC Business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible Managing Channel Sales & opening of Distribution network for RLC Business

• Candidate will handing all Light Commercial products including Ductable , Hi Wall & Cassette Units of Carrier and Toshiba Product lines.

• Market Penetration in Builder and Architect segment of Rajasthan

Role Purpose:

• Area of operation will be Jaipur, Neemrana, Alwar, Kota, Shekhawati and upcountry Area

• Sales Planning : Selection of Sales Dealers, Projecting market demand and analyzing blind spots for future growth

• CRM & Negotiation: Developing customer relation for Better WOM with excellent negotiation Skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 Yrs experience

• Must have technical understanding of the HVAC System.
