Qualification:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience with at least 5-6 years of proven experience in Product Management within QSR, retail, consumer goods, D2C, B2C brands.
- Demonstrated customer obsession, with a proven track record of delivering products and services that enhance customer experiences.
- Exceptional data and analytics skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and inform business strategies effectively.
- Strong understanding of business dynamics and evolving market trends to drive product success.
- Extensive experience in solution design, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience working with technical teams and managing relationships with external vendors.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and engage with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and crossfunctional teams, across the organization and broader ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze Voice of Customer and data from varied internal / external sources, competition and industry to identify problems and opportunities, emerging trends and areas for product and technology improvement and innovation.
- Build and prioritize hypothesis and drive the right activities to validate / reject ideas and hypothesis. Conduct agile testing / experiments to ensure that we define and build what is right for the customer / business. Obsess over a customer centric design (storyboards, personas, prototyping) by working closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- For your areas of ownership, build a customer-obsessed product / technology strategy and execution roadmap - for the short term to get quick wins and for the mid-to-long term to ensure sustainable customer happiness and solid business impact by continuously improvising product proposition and relevance.
- Develop detailed product requirements documents, user stories, sprint plans and milestones, and work collaboratively with internal teams and 3rd parties to determine appropriate development & release / rollout plans, the best implementation and deliver on quality and as per timelines.
- Define success metrics for each technology, capability and experience. On an everyday basis, track key product funnels and success metrics and identify continuous areas of improving the experience basis a strong data-driven mindset. From time to time, work on creating compelling business cases in partnership with cross-functional teams and drive business case dialogue with franchise partners.
- Be the evangelist and owner of all communications and presentations across the organization for your product & technology portfolio, including internally as well as with franchise partners and globally with other markets.
- Work closely with the Global D&T team in terms of working on the priorities and aligning on the market specific initiatives well in advance and to comply with the global governance model.
- Continuously communicate, influence and collaborate with Franchise partners ensuring transparency, alignment and accountability across the ecosystem.
