- Key responsibilities:
- Building and managing Value Added Partnerships for the B2B Platform.
- The person would be responsible for planning, building and managing the partner portfolio offering value added propositions to customers.
- Drive strong business relationships with key partners, closely working together to achieve and manage cross sell penetration and drive customer stickiness.
- Work along with Analytics and create models that can scope opportunities and design offerings accordingly.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Individual should be self-driven with a combination of tactical and operational understanding.
- Overall experience of 7-10 years in dealing with SMEs.
- Should possess an understanding of cross ell and upsell. Knowledge of data analytics is an added advantage.
- Being a team player and strong communication skills are key to the role.
- Fair knowledge of the B2B ecosystem, should be flexible, fast moving and exhibit a high need for achievement and self-drive.
