Key Accountabilities & Support Actions:
Digital Experience Enhancement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies tailored to different products and categories.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to personalize the digital experience for buyers and Sales Team members.
Sales Enablement:
- Provide support to the Sales Team by equipping them with relevant product information, digital tools and training materials.
- Act as a liaison between the Product Management team and the Sales Team to address enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital experiences, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Technology Integration and Optimization:
- Identify and evaluate technological solutions to streamline sales processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall RM productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and customize sales tools, CRM systems, and other digital platforms to meet the specific needs of the Sales Team.
Automation and Workflow Enhancement:
- Develop and implement automated workflows and processes to reduce manual tasks and improve the efficiency of the Sales Team.
- Utilize tools such as workflow automation software and AI-powered systems to streamline lead management, quotation generation, and order processing.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and ongoing support to Sales Team members on the use of technology tools and systems.
- Create user guides, tutorials, and training materials to ensure effective adoption and utilization of digital solutions.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance,
customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
- Extract actionable insights from sales data to identify opportunities for optimization, process improvement, and revenue growth.
Qualification:
- MBA and Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, or Marketplace environments.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Should be self-driven and proactive with a combination of tactical and operational understanding.
- Being a team player and strong communication skills are key to the role.
- Strong stakeholder and time management skills are must have.
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile technologies is required.
