Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors. This role involves driving new sales, developing effective strategies, and building long-term relationships with agency partners to maximize revenue and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to ensure performance excellence.

- Track and evaluate advisor performance, providing necessary support and guidance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster business growth.

- Conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of advisors.

Key Qualifications:

- 1-2+ years of experience in insurance sales or channel sales management.

- Minimum undergraduate degree.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Preference for local candidates only.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary (CTC): 3.00 LPA to - 3.45 LPA
