Assistant Sales Officer

The Assistant Sales Officer is responsible for driving the recruitment, development, and performance of the insurance agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential advisor to expand the agency network.

- Provide ongoing training to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.

- Set clear sales targets for agents and monitor performance against those targets.

- Ensure agents have a deep understanding of the company's insurance products, features, and benefits.

- Develop strong relationships with top-performing agents, maintaining regular communication and support.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
