- Educational background - MBA with 10+ years of experience

- Strong understanding of technology and steel business. Experience in Internet/Retail/B2B Ecommerce (Steel) industry is a plus.

- Desire and ability to think like the customer.

- Networking & Relationship Management - Should have a strong network.

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion. Highly analytical and detail oriented.
