Director - Business & Growth
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to take ownership of our business's P&L, drive growth, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will excel in managing teams, nurturing leads, and leveraging social media platforms to optimize growth funnels while ensuring alignment with the annual operating plan (AOP).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business P&L Ownership:
Take full ownership of the business's Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Strategize, monitor, and execute interventions to meet and exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Analyze competition trends and implement actionable strategies to stay ahead in the market.
2. Cross-Vertical and Team Management:
- Collaborate with multiple verticals, including content teams, counsellors, and growth teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams across functions to achieve shared business goals.
3. Social Media Expertise:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube (YT), Telegram (TG), and Instagram (IG).
- Leverage these platforms to drive user engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
4. Lead Nurturing and Funnel Management:
- Oversee lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers.
- Optimize the sales funnel to maximize conversions and enhance the customer journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business management, with a strong focus on P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms like YouTube, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Expertise in lead nurturing, sales funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
