Responsibilities:
- Experience in segregating responsibilities-specifically, leading a dedicated new product launch team versus managing routine ticket-based operations.
- Collaborate with other product managers to enhance and automate processes around product launches and improvements.
- Facilitate effective communication between product teams and stakeholders regarding project updates and expectations.
- Track all existing problems, consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and route to the correct team for resolution
- Work with Client Success team to understand and gather the exact client requirements, work with different internal teams to address client queries, concerns and request pre, during and post client launch
- Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise the work for the team as per criticality and client requirements
- Track the product usage and present the weekly reports on usage metrics
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by participating in project meetings, technical releases and testing activities.
- Customer Insights: Analyse customer feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement and translate these insights into actionable product/process enhancements.
Requirements:
- MBA with 2+ years of work experience (MBA from a top B-school preferred)
- Strong technical and analytical skills to understand business applications, analyse data and maintain dashboards to exercise sounds judgment in support of team responsibilities and report to stakeholders into visible product performance is a must
- Prior experience in delivery of a Software Product/Platform/Application
- Experienced in JIRA Configuration, optimization and troubleshooting with a strong ability to train teams, manage end-to-end product customization
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (excel) and PowerPoint
- Proven track record in managing high-calibre teams.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and other project management frameworks.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks while adhering to established deadlines.
- Strong self-starter and team player who thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and work in cross functional teams to collaborate with stakeholders.
